We do not offer returns or refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only exchange if you have received the wrong product or a defective product. Exchange can only be possible if you contact us within 12 hours of you receiving the product. You will need to provide proper proof that you have received the wrong product. A proper unboxing video is necessary for exchange. We will inspect it and then contact you.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds.
Cancellation
The Tribes Vibe reserves the right to cancel any order. However, we try our best to fulfill all your orders but if any situation arises, we will inform you and your full amount will be refunded within 24-48 hours.
Cancellation by Customers
Orders can be cancelled before it is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched no order can be cancelled. Once the order is cancelled your money will be refunded in 24-48 hours. Please contact us at hi@thetribesvibe.com for cancellation.
